Children’s Guided Relaxation and Hypnotherapy Audios

Gentle, comforting audio recordings to help children and teens navigate big feelings, anxiety, or overwhelm

These gentle audio sessions have been created to support children with common emotional and behavioural challenges.  They are designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety and support emotional wellbeing in a safe, age-appropriate and reassuring way.  Each session uses relaxation, imagination and therapeutic language to help children feel calmer, safer and more confident.  These recordings are similar to those used with my private clients and can be used regularly at home.

Recordings can be purchased individually for £25, accessed via streaming or as optional download.  For families who need help across more than one area, you are invited to purchase a bundle (album) of supportive collections.  Audios are designed to support a number of areas and have been created for three age groups (5 to 9, years, 10 to 13 years and 14 to 16 years).

Taking a moment to prepare before listening to one of my audios - choose a quiet, comfortable time, children may listen lying down or sitting comfortably.  Some children listen alone, others with a parent nearby.  Repetition is encouraged and often increases effectiveness.​
 

Important Notice - these audio recordings are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.  All sessions are designed to be used with parental knowledge and consent.  If your child has experienced trauma, has severe anxiety or symptoms that are worsening, professional support should be sought.   Children should not listen to these recordings whilst travelling or doing activities that require attention.  If you are unsure whether these recordings are suitable for your child, please do contact us before use.
